Transitional Vision tries to apply traditional, professional film-making skills in the digital age of democratised video technology. DVD camcorders are the notebooks for documenting the struggles for alternative views of society and its potential. It is intended not only to record events, but also make educational material easily available for popular resources.

About

In 1991 Norman Lockhart made Testimony, a video recorded on Super 8 film documenting experiences of human rights abuse in Central America. A short extract was broadcast on Scottish TV and he was accepted onto the first post Grad Documentary Film & TV course at Sheffield Hallam University, Northern Media School.

He then produced Educational drama for social work. Directed wedding video with a difference.

He has also filmed in Colombia as research and development for a Channel Four project directed by John Pett.
